1. All personal information and email addresses collected by Your Steel City Dating via www.steelcitydating.com or any other method shall be kept confidential and strictly for the purpose it was collected.

2. No personal information or email addresses will be sold, shared or distributed to third parties in any way.

Cancellation Policy for events:

a). Steel City Dating will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on this web site. However, Steel City Dating holds the right to cancel and/or change Speed Dating event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to, event venue cancellation or rescheduling and insufficient number of participants for the event. Steel City Dating holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that Steel City Dating  must cancel the Speed Dating event, you will be refunded your money in full.

b.) Any participant who registers for a Speed Dating event has the right to cancel at any time by sending an e-mail to us with a written request to cancel. The participant will be refunded if he or she cancels 72 hours or more from the date of the Speed-Dating event. However, if the participant cancels with less than 72 hours to the date of the Speed Dating event, he or she will not receive a refund. All refunds are subject to a cancellation fee and reverse transaction processing fee.
 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Steel City Dating does not have the ability to independently screen participants registering for its programs/events. By registering for a Speed Dating event, you are agreeing that neither Steel City Dating nor any of its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of the Steel City Dating program/event. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in programs/events sponsored by or affiliated with Steel City Dating.

2. By registering for an event, you represent and warrant that you are at least 19 years of age. Steel City Dating reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to Steel City Dating, or to an off-line Steel City Dating event, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to Steel City Dating's attention.

3. Steel City Dating will keep confidential all information supplied by you to Steel City Dating, including credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law.

4. You are solely responsible for the content or information you provide on Steel City Dating, or transmit to other Speed Dating event participators and employees.

5. You will not exhibit, present, or transmit to other Steel City Dating participants or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). If Steel City Dating becomes aware of any indecent conduct, all "matches", if any, will be notified.

6. You will use Steel City Dating in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
